Terms and Conditions

PAS Humidor products are meticulously designed and individually handmade with the sole purpose of delivering lasting customer satisfaction. Each of my products is covered by a sixty (60) day return policy.

• Product must be returned in the original packaging in new, unused condition.
• Returned product must be received by me within 60 days of purchase date.
• On receipt and confirmation of returned product's condition, I will refund the original purchase price including initial shipping (if any).

If any PAS Humidor product fails in its intended function due to a design or manufacturing defect, contact me at paul.schuster@PASHumidors.com and I will make every reasonable effort to correct the defect.
